Spencer Lewin

Spencer Lewin is the Director of Leasing and IT Operations at Jonis Realty (www.jonisrealty.com), a post held since 2013. Jonis Realty’s portfolio includes over 50 buildings, 1,000 apartments, 50 stores, and numerous office buildings spanning Manhattan, the Bronx, Brooklyn and Long Island. While Jonis Realty’s primary focus is property acquisitions and property management, the firm also offers services in financial analysis, syndication, condominium conversions, real estate development and residential, commercial & retail brokerage.

Prior to Jonis Realty, Spencer served as Director of Business Development (2007 – 2013) for a boutique IT product development firm he co-founded, with a wide spectrum of engagements ranging from Fortune 500 companies to lower-middle market private operating businesses in both Miami and New York. During that time, Lewin earned an MBA from The University of Miami with a dual concentration in Computer Information Systems and Marketing.

Upon graduating from The George Washington University in 2003, Spencer founded Soapy Joe’s Laundry Service, a pickup and delivery garment care service for time-pressured college students. Before selling the organization to an industry conglomerate in 2006, Lewin had expanded operations nationwide to serve educational institutions, government agencies, commercial retailers, and multifamily housing corporations.
